All of our staff have been thoroughly vetted, and reviewed to ensure they have the experience, ability, and personality to adhere to IHH’s high standard of care and customer service. Our aides are matched with clients not just based on need, but on personality.  We do this by utilizing our innovative match program, which allows our clients and their families to meet their home health aid prior to setting up services to ensure that it will be a good fit, as IHH Aides are not just Aides, but family.
